City, Asbury Park, Atlantic City, Camden, and Philadelphia.
At New York, Newark, Atlantic City, Camden, and
Philadelphia, passengers may transfer to other bus
lines, including Greyhound.
Ocean
County Department Of Transportation
The
Department operates scheduled and on-call bus service
within Ocean County.
Olympic
Limousine
Olympic
operates airport shuttles from Toms River to Newark
Liberty International Airport.

Highway
Atlantic
City Expressway
The
Expressway runs from Atlantic City to near Camden.
E-ZPass
E-Z
Pass permits New Jersey drivers to prepay their
tolls on area toll roads, bridges and tunnels. The
Atlantic
City Expressway, Garden
State Parkway, and New
Jersey Turnpike are included.
New
Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission
The
Commission replaced the New Jersey Division of Motor
Vehicles.
New
Jersey Turnpike Authority
The
Authority now operates both the New Jersey Turnpike
and the Garden State Parkway.

Rail
CSX
CSX
provides rail freight service in Ocean County.
New
Jersey Transit
New
Jersey Transit provides scheduled rail passenger
service to New Jersey destinations, including Newark,

Liberty International Airport, Trenton, and
to New York. At Newark, Trenton and New York, passengers
may transfer to Amtrak.
New
Jersey Transit Monmouth-Ocean-Middlesex Project
New
Jersey Transit is planning to extend rail service
from Middlesex County to Lakewood and Lakehurst.
The exact route has not yet been selected. A timetable
for starting service has not yet been announced.
