- Seven Branches (Barnegat, Brick, Jackson, Lakewood, Manchester, Stafford and Toms River) will be open on Thanksgiving Friday, November 26.
The purpose of Sunday hours is to offer more accessibility to all members of our community. These additional hours will accommodate both parents and students as a whole. So many parents work Saturdays and many students are very involved in extracurricular activities after school and on Saturdays. Sunday hours have become necessary to meet the growing needs of the public.
Summer hours begin Monday, May 24th, 2010. The library will be closed on Sundays. Sunday hours at Toms River, Lakewood and Stafford branches will resume September 12, 2010.
