Monday through Thursday 10am – 2pm, and 3pm to 7pm
Friday and Saturday 10am – 2pm

Bay Head, Beachwood, Island Heights, Point Beach, Tuckerton, Waretown and Whiting branches will be open:
Monday 10am – 2pm, and 3pm – 7pm
Tuesday through Saturday 10am – 2pm

The Toms River and Manchester Branches will be closed on Saturday, August 8, 2020 due to power outages.

Romance Novelist to Offer Publishing Tips at Toms River Library

TOMS RIVER – The Toms River Branch of the Ocean County Library will present “So You Want to Write a Romance Novel” at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 3.

Novelist Carol Lee Mahler, of Soulmate Publishing, will discuss the business of writing, the romance genre, and the steps required to move from manuscript to publication.

The Jersey Shore resident’s most recent novels are “Katie and the Cowboy” and “For the Love of a Scotsman.”

The branch is located at 101 Washington Street.
