Update to Ocean County Library’s Access to Freegal Music Services
July 24, 2026TOMS RIVER – The Ocean County Library’s subscription to Freegal Music+ will be ending on August 2, 2026. Customers who enjoy Freegal’s free music downloads can still use any remaining downloads until August 2.
Customers looking for music after Freegal ends can still access Hoopla.
With Hoopla, you can:
- Borrow music albums and soundtracks
- Listen to audiobooks
- Watch movies and TV shows
- Read eBooks, comics, and magazines
These digital services are accessible via smartphone, tablet, and computer only to Ocean County residents with an OCL card.
