Ken's Krew
Provides job training, placement, and support. Part-time employment opportunities are offered at various retailers, including Home Depot, CVS, Dollar Tree, Wawa, Wegmans, and more.
Allaire Community Farm
The Farm’s HOPE Program is a pre-vocational training program for adults 21 and over. Interns participate in tasks such as caring for animals, gardening, working in the market, and assembling products for the farm.
The Arc of New Jersey
The Arc’s Project HIRE “is a supported employment program designed to connect people with disabilities to integrated employment opportunities in their community.”
Easterseals New Jersey
Offers pre-vocational evaluation, work adjustment training, school-to-work transition, supported employment, extended employment, and job placement services.
Specialisterne
Connects neurodivergent job seekers with companies that utilize their skills. They receive support and guidance from Specialisterne during their first three months of employment. Companies are located throughout the United States and Canada. Remote opportunities are also available.
Waters & Sims
Programs include supported employment, pre-employment transition services, prevocational training, Work First New Jersey, and NJ Competitive Integrated Employment. Offices are located in Toms River and Tinton Falls.

Family Resource Associates
Through Project SEARCH, a nationwide program that offers employment training for neurodivergent individuals, those in their last year of school or in early adulthood can obtain unpaid internships at Monmouth Medical Center.

AMC Theatres
AMC’s FOCUS Program (Furthering Opportunities, Cultivating Untapped Strengths) offers competitive employment, wages, and benefits to disabled individuals.
Google offers numerous resources to both job candidates and employees. These include both a Disability Accommodations Team and a Candidate Accommodations Team (which provides extra support through the hiring process, including extended interview time). Staff have formed a Disability Alliance, in which employees who are disabled support one another.
JPMorganChase
The Office of Disability Inclusion features an Autism at Work program, an Access Ability Resource Group, a Business Solutions Team that matches neurodiverse individuals with the right opportunities, and financial literacy training and business coaching.
Microsoft
Microsoft’s Neurodiversity Hiring Program includes an extended interview process, fewer interviews in one day, longer breaks between interviews, and a one-to-one interactive discussion on accommodations. The company hosts Microsoft Ability Hiring Events and offers scholarships for disabled students.
Wells Fargo
Wells Fargo has a special Neurodiversity Program through which over 190 disabled individuals have been hired. Individuals may request accommodations to the hiring process. The company is also launching a learning series called “Developing My Career at Wells Fargo” and a skills development platform called “Community Enrichment” to facilitate engagement with the neurodiverse population.
