Become a Virtual TEEN Volunteer!
Due to Covid-19, and the need for social distancing, Ocean County Library is modifying our in-person volunteer program to an engaging online format. This fall, we are offering teens the opportunity to earn community service hours online. This online modified volunteer program still allows teens the opportunity to serve their community while learning, sharing and having fun at the same time!
During summer, Ocean County Library offers the opportunity to earn community service hours through our Virtual S.A.I.L. program only. This program allows teen’s the opportunity to virtually serve their community while learning, sharing and having fun at the same time! The program, Service and Achievement in the Library (S.A.I.L.), is open to teens that have completed at least 7th grade. If you have filled in a past Virtual Volunteer application, please resubmit a S.A.I.L. application for the Summer Teen Volunteer hours.
