Relax & Refresh: Guided Meditation and Sound Bowl Healing, Ocean County Library Jackson Branch

JACKSON TOWNSHIP – Everyday stress can wear down the mind, body and spirit. Take a tranquil journey to calmness with “Guided Meditation and Sound Bowl Healing” at the Ocean County Library Jackson Branch, 10:30 AM Saturday, March 1.

Become absorbed in guided meditation led by certified yoga instructor and sound healing coach Nicole Dietz, owner of Mindful Movement. Let guided meditation help you to gain a restful state of mind while soothing tones from the crystal sound bowl reduce tension. Feel the benefits of increased self-awareness, widened imagination, restful sleep and improved mental health.

Mindful Movement is an independent, certified and insured agency in Mercer County that teaches guided meditation, sound bowl healing and yoga flow. Nicole has given instruction for more than 10 years with certifications in Vinyasa, Yin, and Hatha Yoga, Kids’ and Adult Chair Yoga, Mindful Stress Reduction and Meditation and Sound Healing. Followers connect with her on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and through Linktree.

The Friends are volunteers who support the Library through programs, fundraising and advocacy. New members are always welcome. Application forms are available at all OCL branches and reading centers and on the OCL website.
