Become Refined in Reiki at the Ocean County Library Lacey Branch

LACEY TOWNSHIP – Are you familiar with Reiki, the holistic healing practice rooted in Asian culture? Can it offer support for you? Hear from experts during “What is Reiki?” at the Ocean County Library Lacey Branch 2 PM Wednesday, April 2.

The presentation for adults and seniors by Reiki masters Christine and Suzanne will detail what Reiki healing is, and just as importantly, what it is not. The discussion will feature a brief Reiki demonstration.

Reiki is described as an alternative therapy that works with energy fields around the body. It is meant to be a complement to traditional care and a stress reduction method.
