Charitable Knitters Seek Yarn Donations at the Ocean County Library Jackson Branch
April 3, 2025JACKSON TOWNSHIP – Your new, unused yarn can become something special for someone in need. The Ocean County Library Jackson Branch, in partnership with the Jackson Community Craters, seeks contributions of yarn through Tuesday, July 1.
The volunteer Jackson Community Crafters used donated yarn to make items for organizations serving disadvantaged people in Ocean County and nearby communities. They accept donations of new four-ply worsted yarn in all colors at the OCL Jackson Branch, 2 Jackson Drive.
The drop-in group always welcomes new members. Bring your craft, knitting, sewing, crocheting or drawing project and enjoy easy chatter with new friends. Sessions take place each Monday, either 10 AM or 6:30 PM. See the 2025 schedule at https://tinyurl.com/OclJAJCC.
