Develop Healthful Holiday Fare Habits at the Ocean County Library Stafford Branch
October 11, 2024STAFFORD TOWNSHIP – Is there a way to indulge in end-of-year holiday foods while keeping health issues in check? Join us for a Friends Adventure, “Healthy Eating for the Holidays,” at the Ocean County Library Stafford Branch, 10 AM Thursday, November 7.
Registered Dietetic Technician Allison Sabio of Wakefern Food Corporation and Saker Shop-Rites will introduce ideas to help you manage your food consumption and your well-being.
Her program will provide vital information about eating habits, their relationships to chronic ailments such as diabetes, and the impacts of excessive cholesterol.
