Embroidery Expertise for Teens: ‘I Literally Can Knot’ at the Ocean County Library

TOMS RIVER – Teens can discover the art of embroidery in the Ocean County Library’s beginner friendly instructional program. “I Literally Can Knot: Beginner Embroidery for Teens” will be given at six OCL branches, all starting at 6:30 PM.
