March 8, 2024

JACKSON TOWNSHIP – Organizing one’s assets in the present will help beneficiaries to navigate financial and legal matters in the future. Become familiar with the process during “Estate Planning, Wills and Probate” at the Ocean County Library Jackson Branch, 2:30 PM Wednesday, April 10.

Attorney and retired Superior Court Judge Daniel D’Alessandro of the New Jersey State Bar Foundation (NJSBF) will offer an overview of planning the dispersal of assets, stipulations to consider in writing wills and the probate process.

Prior to his judicial appointment, Daniel D’Alessandro devoted 35 years to trial and transactional matters, family, probate and civil mediation and arbitration.

Founded in 1958, NJSBF fosters knowledge of New Jersey’s legal system among state residents, serves as a public resource center for law-related education, encourages interaction between attorneys and residents, and fosters pride in the legal profession.
