LACEY TOWNSHIP – Taking good care of your teeth is vital for overall health at any age. For adults, brushing and flossing are only two aspects of a multi-faceted approach to quality oral care. Find out how to keep your choppers keen during “Dental Hygiene for Adults and Seniors” at the Ocean County Library Lacey Branch, 10:30 AM Monday, June 16.

Representatives of the Ocean County Health Department will discuss the benefits of regular dental care, the role of nutrition in oral health, and essential steps of care to keep your teeth in their best shape for the longest possible time.
