Learn Your Rights as a Landlord or Tenant at Ocean County Library Brick Branch

BRICK – Do you have questions about your rights and responsibilities as a landlord or tenant? Stop by the Brick Branch of the Ocean County Library, 301 Chambers Bridge Road, at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 9 for an educational workshop about your rights and responsibilities in a landlord-tenant relationship. Topics will include landlord-tenant filing processes, court access, and legal rights and responsibilities.

Eugenia Lynch, Esq. of the Law Offices of Eugenia Lynch will present this free program. Lynch has been an attorney for over 30 years. She currently concentrates in the areas of criminal, municipal court, and family law. Lynch was president of the Ocean County Bar Association from 2015 – 2016.
