Lessen Stress, Heal Holistically at the Ocean County Library Lacey Branch

January 3, 2025

LACEY TOWNSHIP – If daily tensions become more problematic with age, there are naturally-based techniques that can offer respite and relaxation. Learn about them during “Living Fully, Holistically!” at the Ocean County Library Lacey Branch, 11 AM Monday, January 27.

In this presentation for adults and seniors by Holisticare Hospice, you’ll discover popular healing modalities such as:

  • Reiki – non-physical, spiritually-guided life force energy
  • Chakra Awareness – energy centers that influence the mind-body connection
  • Guided Meditation – passive exercises to promote deep relaxation

Holisticare Hospice, with facilities in Toms River, Red Bank and Pennsylvania, provides late-stage life care services by physicians, nurses, medical social workers, counselors and volunteers.

Holisticare maintains affiliations with the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services, National Aging in Place Council, Alzheimer’s Association, Community Hospices of America Foundation, We Honor Veterans and National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization.
