Observe Watercolor Painting Technique with Local Artist Carol Freas

SURF CITY – Want to watch an artist create in real time? Local artist Carol Freas will demonstrate her watercolor painting technique at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sep. 17 at the Long Beach Island Branch of the Ocean County Library.

Freas’s works bring Barnegat Light’s iconic fishing village to life. You will also have the opportunity to discover Barnegat Light’s history and its seafaring families with local historian Reilly Sharp. This program will last 90 minutes.
