Ocean County Library to Offer Chair Yoga for Adults with Special Challenges
September 3, 2024TOMS RIVER – Adults with special challenges have an invitation to engage in relaxing sessions of chair yoga in September, October and November. One program will be given at each of the following branches:
- Little Egg Harbor Branch – 11 AM Thursday, September 26, 290 Mathistown Road, (609) 294-1197.
- Berkeley Branch – 10:30 AM Thursday, October 10, 30 Station Road, Bayville, (732) 269-2144.
- Point Pleasant Borough Branch – 11 AM Thursday, November 21, 834 Beaver Dam Road, (732) 295-1555.
Certified yoga instructor Linda Higley will lead the sessions intended to bring the physical, mental and emotional benefits of chair yoga to adults with special challenges, including improved flexibility, strength, balance and stress reduction.
