Unwind with Sound Bowl Meditation at the Ocean County Library Waretown Branch

WARETOWN – Everyday stress seems manageable unless it extracts a physical, emotional or psychological toll. Relax with crystal singing bowl sound bath meditation at the Ocean County Library Waretown Branch, 7 PM Monday, August 12.

Yoga instructor Belle Burns will be your guide for a soothing hour. During meditation, seven crystal bowls will be played, producing sounds that align with the chakras and contribute to deep relaxation. Please bring a mat or blanket.
