From the North on Garden State Parkway:
Take exit 91 to Lakewood (Rt. 549). Go straight
at traffic light at Exit 91. Turn right at
second traffic light onto Rt. 526 (E. County
Line Rd.). Go about 3 miles. At third traffic
light (Wawa & Barney Gulf Station), turn
left. Go about ½ mile on Squankum Rd.
At stop sign (across from firehouse), turn
half left onto Monmouth Avenue. Go 4 blocks
to light (4th St.) and turn right onto 4th
Street. Go one block. Turn left onto Lexington
Avenue. Library on left. Or Take Exit 91 to
Lakewood (Rt. 549). Go straight at traffic
light at Exit 91. Continue straight until
Rt. 88 (Exxon, Shell & bowling alley).
Turn right onto Rt. 88 West. Travel 5 miles
to Lexington Ave. Turn right onto Lexington
Ave. Continue 1/4 mile. The Municipal Complex
is on the left; the Library is on the right
before 4th Street.
From the South on Garden State Parkway:
Take the Garden State Parkway to Exit 90.
Merge onto Chambers Bridge Rd. Make the jug-handle
U-turn immediately after the first traffic
light. Continue West on Chambers Bridge Rd.
1/4 mile to second traffic light (Rt.88).
Turn left onto Rt. 88 West. Go 3 miles to
Lexington Ave. Turn right onto Lexington Ave.
Go 1/4 mile. The Municipal Complex is on the
left; Library is on the right before 4th Street.
Or Take the Garden State Parkway to Exit 83.
Follow Rt. 9 North for 7 to 8 miles to Lakewood.
Follow directions for "from the South
on Rt.9"
From the South on Route 9:
Take Rt. 9 North. In Lakewood, pass the lake
on the left and St. Mary’s Catholic
Church on the right. Cross the traffic light
on Main Street and continue straight to 4th
Street. Turn right on 4th St. and go 2 blocks
to Lexington Avenue. Turn right on Lexington.
Library is on left.
From the North on Route 9:
Follow Rt. 9 South to 4th Street. Turn left.
Go 2 blocks. Turn right on Lexington Ave.
Library is on the left.
From the West:
Take Rt. 70 East to Rt.9 North. Follow directions
"from the South on Rt.9."
From Route 195:
Take Rt. 9 South (4-5 miles) to Lakewood.
Follow directions "from the North on
Rt. 9"
