Garden State Parkway to Exit 98. Go through
the toll plaza and stay in the left lane,
which takes you onto Rt. 34 South. After about
1/4 mile you will reach a traffic circle.
Stay on Rt 34 (follow the sign for Brielle).
Rt. 34 becomes Rt. 35 at the intersection
of Rt. 70. Just continue to go straight, and
you will then be on Rt. 35 South. Continue
on Rt. 35 and go over the Manasquan River
Bridge. Get into the right lane. Bear right
at the fork, onto River Avenue. Turn right
onto McLean Avenue. The Point Pleasant Beach
Library is halfway down the block on the left.
There is no parking lot - just park on the
street.
From the South:
Garden State Parkway to Exit 90. You will
merge onto Chambers Bridge Road. Follow Chambers
Bridge Road to Route 70. Turn left onto Rt.
70. Proceed approximately 1/2 mile then turn
right onto Route 88 East. Follow 88 East until
you go over the bridge (about 4 miles). After
crossing the bridge, turn left onto Arnold
Avenue. Follow this winding road for about
1 mile. It will take you to downtown Point
Pleasant Beach. Turn left onto River Avenue.
(There is a blue library sign on Arnold Avenue
which directs you to turn onto River Avenue).
Once you are on River Avenue, go two blocks
and turn left onto McLean Avenue. The library
is on the left. There is no parking lot -
just park on the street.
From the Trenton Area:
Take I-195 to the end. Take a right onto
Rt. 34. Follow Rt. 34 to Rt. 35. Continue
on Rt. 35 over the Manasquan River Bridge.
Bear right at first fork onto River Avenue.
Turn right onto McLean Avenue. The Point Pleasant
Beach Library is halfway down the block on
the left.
